Therapy for Grief and Loss
Grief can present itself in many ways, and it can feel intense and overwhelming. We often think of grief as the response to the loss of a loved one, but there are many other experiences that can also lead to grieving, such as end of a relationship, a job change, or a move.
Grief looks different for everyone, there is no one “right” way to grieve, and you don’t have to move through your grief alone. Therapy can offer a safe, supportive, non-judgmental space to honor your loss and the complex feelings and reactions that accompany it.
