Therapy for Career Issues

Work and career-related struggles—burnout, unemployment/underemployment, job dissatisfaction, difficult colleagues, overwhelming demands, competition, unmet expectations, and so many other challenges—can impact both our professional and personal lives. Therapy can be a helpful tool to reframe your beliefs about yourself and your work life, cope with work-related stressors, explore any gaps between who you are and who you want to be (both within and outside of the context of your work), and better understand the ways your work aligns (or perhaps doesn’t align) with your values.
